Your account, billing, or anything that looks wrong
Email support@theplateregistry.com. That reaches the same place as every link in our emails.
If it is about a charge, say the email address on the account and roughly when it happened, and we can find it. You can also cancel, change plan or read every invoice yourself from the billing page in your dashboard, without asking us.
Help finding a plate
Email jahanzaib@theplateregistry.com with the word or the name you are after. We go looking for spellings that are actually available, including the ones people miss, and come back with what we found.
It is paid and separate from any plan. The fee depends on what you are asking for, so we quote you before any work starts and you decide then. Nothing is owed until you have agreed the fee, and what you are paying for is the looking and what we find: we cannot promise a particular plate, and nobody can. What you send us stays in our email inbox, not in the site’s database. The Privacy Policy says who handles it on the way and how to have it deleted.

PlateRegistry is independent and not affiliated with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. We cannot order, reserve, transfer or cancel a plate, change anything on your registration, or tell you anything about your vehicle record. That is all your county tax collector, and their offices are listed at flhsmv.gov/locations (opens in a new tab).
